• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete

How to Request a Refund

• If approved, we will share the return instructions and pickup or drop-off details.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to post the amount.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

• Report visible damage or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the item and packaging if requested.
• We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on stock and the issue.

Shipping Costs and Deductions

If the return is due to our error, defective goods, or damaged delivery, we will normally cover reasonable return shipping costs. If the return is for change of mind, return shipping may be deducted or paid by you where permitted.
