Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

You can request a cancellation before the order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the carrier. Once shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

• Submit the request as soon as possible after placing the order.
• Some made-to-order or customised products may not be cancellable.
• If the parcel is already out for delivery, you may be asked to refuse delivery instead.

How to Cancel

• Email support@sastadeal-in.com with your order number.
• Use the order management tools in your account if available.
• Wait for confirmation before assuming the cancellation is approved.

Fees and Refunds

No cancellation fee is charged for orders cancelled before dispatch. If a cancellation is approved, any payment already received will be refunded as described in our Refund Policy.

After Dispatch

If the order has already been shipped, you may still be eligible to request a return after delivery if the item qualifies under our Refund Policy.
